Six Bonus Options, Not Two
When three coin scatters land on the Jelly Express grid, the game presents six distinct bonus choices. This is not a simple free spins or no free spins decision. The provider marketing mentions six options, and the actual game client confirms this: five fixed configurations with known spin counts and multiplier ranges, plus one Mystery option that randomises both elements.
The five fixed options are colour-coded Teal, Red, Gold, Blue and Green. Their stated spin counts decrease as their listed multiplier sets become larger. Mystery is a sixth option with randomly determined spins and multipliers. The rules do not publish enough information to treat it as a uniform draw among the five fixed choices or calculate its expected return.
A winning combination that uses a wild receives the applicable multiplier under the chosen feature rules. Persistent accumulation across free spins belongs to Super Free Spins, not automatically to the ordinary feature. Keep that upgrade separate when comparing choices. A fixed option with 25 spins and smaller listed values presents different conditions from five spins with larger values; neither description alone establishes which has the better mathematical return.
Teal and Red: More Spins, Smaller Listed Multipliers
Teal offers 25 free spins with wild multipliers of 2×, 3×, 5× or 10×. It has the largest stated spin count among the five fixed choices. The extra spins provide more opportunities for game events, but we do not know their absolute probabilities or the likelihood of a Super Free Spins upgrade. Ordinary free spins do not automatically build a persistent multiplier total.
Red provides 20 free spins with wild multipliers of 3×, 5×, 10×, or 15×. You sacrifice five spins compared to Teal but gain access to slightly higher multipliers. The minimum multiplier rises from 2× to 3×, and the maximum rises from 10× to 15×.
For a hypothetical eligible R4 symbol win, a 3× multiplier would give R12 and a 10× multiplier would give R40. Both values are possible in these listed sets, but the example assigns no probability to either. Comparing a chosen small multiplier in Teal with a chosen large multiplier in Red cannot prove an advantage. It only shows how the calculation works once an actual multiplier is known.
Gold, Blue and Green: Fewer Spins, Larger Listed Multipliers
Gold delivers 15 free spins with wild multipliers of 5×, 10×, 15×, or 25×. Blue offers 10 free spins with multipliers of 10×, 15×, 25×, or 50×. Green provides just 5 free spins but with multipliers of 15×, 25×, 50×, or 100×. These options concentrate the bonus potential into fewer spins with higher individual multipliers.
Green has five initial spins, compared with fifteen in Gold. That is a directly verifiable difference; a numerical variance ranking is not. An eligible wild win can be multiplied by one of the listed values, but a high available multiplier is useful only if the game produces the necessary winning combination. Neither the largest value nor the spin count should be read as a guaranteed return.
For an illustrative R6 eligible win, 15× gives R90, 25× gives R150 and 50× gives R300. These are arithmetic examples using values found in the options, not typical payouts or results from our recorded round. Choosing favourable multipliers for a comparison would distort it: we have not measured how often each value occurs or the underlying size and frequency of qualifying symbol wins.
Mystery: The Random Sixth Option
Mystery determines a spin count and multipliers randomly. The inspected rules do not provide a complete probability table or enough detail to reconstruct its selection algorithm. We therefore do not invent example combinations or claim it simply picks one of the five fixed configurations. Its concrete distinction is that you delegate the stated choice to the game instead of selecting a known fixed option.
This option appeals to players who find the decision itself stressful or who enjoy the additional uncertainty. However, Mystery removes your ability to match the bonus structure to your session goals. If you wanted a long bonus round and Mystery assigns 5 spins, you have no recourse.
The official rules do not indicate whether Mystery outcomes are equally weighted or biased toward certain combinations. Without published probabilities, there is no way to calculate whether Mystery offers better or worse expected value than choosing a fixed option directly. Treat it as a preference for randomness rather than a strategic advantage.
Normal Play Versus Ante Bet
Normal play uses your base stake with standard bonus trigger odds. Ante Bet increases your total stake to 5× the base amount in exchange for eight times the chance of triggering free spins. Additionally, every winning wild during Ante Bet carries at least a 2× multiplier.
The cost calculation is straightforward. If your base stake is R2, Ante Bet costs R10 per spin. If your base stake is R10, Ante Bet costs R50 per spin. You are paying five times more per spin for improved trigger frequency and guaranteed minimum wild multipliers.
The eightfold improvement in trigger chance is relative, not absolute. The game does not publish the base trigger frequency, so we cannot say free spins arrive every X spins in normal mode or every Y spins in Ante mode. Eight times a very small number remains a small number. Budget accordingly and do not assume Ante Bet guarantees quick bonus access.

Super Spin 1: Guaranteed Wilds
Super Spin 1 costs 20× the base stake and guarantees a wild on each spin and tumble. The rules explicitly say free spins cannot trigger. That is the relevant restriction; it does not establish whether scatters are absent from every reel strip or merely ineligible as triggers. Do not pay for this mode expecting access to the six-choice bonus.
At a hypothetical R2 base, Super Spin 1 costs R40; at a R5 base, it costs R100. A guaranteed wild provides substitution potential, but still has to contribute to a qualifying win. It is not a guaranteed R40 or R100 payout. The menu and rules should be read together: the former shows the full price and the latter explains what that price actually guarantees.
For comparison, a hypothetical R25 return from the R40 entry means a R15 net loss. A colourful wild or a payout animation does not change that subtraction. If your intention is to explore the free-spin selector, use the eligible normal or Ante conditions, or read the direct purchase terms. Choose the mode by the feature it enables, not by the assumption that more expensive means more complete.
Super Spin 2: Accumulating Multipliers
Super Spin 2 costs 250× your base stake and guarantees wilds on every spin and tumble, but with a restricted multiplier set of 10×, 15×, 20×, 25×, 50×, or 100×. These multipliers accumulate through tumbles until the spin sequence ends. Like Super Spin 1, this mode cannot trigger free spins.
The cost is substantial. At R2 base, Super Spin 2 costs R500 per spin. At R10 base, it costs R2,500 per spin. This is a high-commitment mode designed for players comfortable with significant per-spin expenditure.
The accumulation mechanic distinguishes Super Spin 2 from standard play. If your first tumble produces a 15× wild win and your second tumble produces a 25× wild win, subsequent wild wins in that spin sequence benefit from the combined multiplier total. This can produce large individual spin outcomes, but the 250× entry cost means you need substantial wins to break even on any given spin.
Buying Free Spins Directly
Jelly Express offers two purchase options for immediate bonus access. Buy Free Spins costs 100× your base stake and guarantees three scatters on the next spin, triggering the standard six-option selection. Buy Super Free Spins costs 500× your base stake and guarantees the bonus round with an immediate upgrade to Super Free Spins on the first spin.
At a R2 base stake, Buy Free Spins costs R200 and Buy Super Free Spins costs R1,000. At a R10 base stake, these become R2,000 and R10,000 respectively. The purchase price scales directly with your chosen base stake.
The rules describe a guaranteed bonus entry and an upgrade to Super Free Spins on the first free spin for the Super purchase. They do not establish, in the evidence retained here, that the purchase bypasses every choice screen. We did not buy the feature during the inspection. Its 500× price is five times the 100× purchase, but that price ratio is not evidence that one has five times the expected payout.

Same Budget, Different Approaches
Before reusing any returns, a hypothetical R1,000 budget at a R2 base can pay for 500 normal entries, 100 Ante entries, 25 Super Spin 1 entries, two Super Spin 2 entries, five standard bonus purchases or one Super bonus purchase. These are alternative allocations of the same initial money, not a prediction that a session will last exactly that many rounds. Returns and a decision to stop change the realised count.
Each approach distributes your budget differently across time and mechanic access. Normal play maximises spin count and gives natural bonus trigger chances. Ante Bet reduces spin count but improves trigger odds eightfold. Super Spin modes guarantee wild mechanics but eliminate bonus access entirely. Purchases guarantee bonus access but consume budget rapidly.
Use this comparison to notice when a single confirmation commits a large share of the money you intended to spend. It is not a reason to increase the budget to fit a feature. The calculator on the Game Lab page accepts a base stake, mode and total returned amount so you can compare full cost with return directly. No bonus purchase guarantees recovery of its entry price.
Super Free Spins: The Enhanced Bonus
Super Free Spins can activate during a standard free spins round when a scatter lands, though this is not guaranteed. It can also be purchased directly for 500× base stake. The enhancement adds five additional spins and changes how wild multipliers behave.
During Super Free Spins, winning wild multipliers add to a running total that applies to subsequent qualifying wins involving wilds. That total persists until the end of the bonus. This is the distinctive accumulation rule; it must not be described as the ordinary free-spin behaviour. Super Spin 2 has a separate accumulation duration limited to its tumble sequence, rather than carrying a total into future unrelated paid rounds.
The enhanced feature uses special reels. The inspected material does not publish a comparative probability distribution that would justify calling it the highest-value choice. At a R2 base, a R1,000 Super purchase must return more than R1,000 to produce positive net profit from that purchase. Returning R900 would still be a R100 loss, even though R900 is a much larger amount than the displayed R2 base stake.
Which Option Should You Choose?
The official client displays 96.50% RTP for all six modes: normal, Ante Bet, Super Spin 1, Super Spin 2, Buy Free Spins, and Buy Super Free Spins. This means no mode offers a mathematical advantage over the others in terms of theoretical return. The choice is about volatility preference and session structure, not about finding a profitable configuration.
Start with the intended experience and the confirmed conditions. Teal and Red specify more initial spins than Blue and Green; the latter specify larger possible multipliers. Mystery leaves the stated selection random. Super Spin 1 and 2 guarantee their respective wild conditions but exclude free-spin triggers. None of those facts proves a profitable strategy or an expected-value ranking of the six choices within the bonus.
The observed client labels the game as Low Volatility, which conflicts with some third-party listings that describe it as High Volatility. We report what the official client displays rather than making independent variance claims. Your experience may differ based on which options you select and how the random outcomes unfold. No choice guarantees profits, and all modes carry the same theoretical return percentage.
The words “six modes” and “six choices” refer to different lists. The six priced modes are Normal, Ante, Super Spin 1, Super Spin 2 and two purchases. The six free-spin choices are five colours plus Mystery. The fact that the inspected rules list 96.50% for the priced modes does not disclose a separate expected return for each colour. Keep the two lists distinct when reading a comparison table or watching a video of a bonus selection.
